Refund policy
We do hope you are delighted with your purchase from Quadrant Gallery.
We do not offer change-of-mind refunds, however at our discretion you may exchange your item or return for store credit.
You must notify us within 5 working days of receiving the item, and the item must be returned to the gallery within 10 working days.
The item must be in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by receipt and exchange card.
Return postage to the gallery is at the purchaser’s expense, and the item must be packaged appropriately.
If the item has not been packaged appropriately, or damaged before returning to the gallery, an exchange or credit will not be issued.
If an item is faulty or not fit for purpose, Quadrant Gallery reserves the right to either repair or replace the item.
If this is not possible then a store credit will be issued or a refund provided. Refunds, if agreed upon, will only be transferred to a designated bank account. Quadrant Gallery does not provide refunds in cash.
Vouchers, items sold on Lay-by, and commissioned items are not eligible to be exchanged.
The items sold by Quadrant Gallery are handmade, and can therefore vary in colour, shape and size. This is part of the beauty of these objects, and therefore requests for refunds will only be considered if there are defects to the material or the workmanship.
If an item is damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as possible, as we only have 10 days to make a claim. Please inspect your parcel as soon as it arrives, to ensure the contents are undamaged.
