Shipping policy

We are happy to ship within New Zealand and internationally.

Shipping is calculated at checkout, however if the rate seems a little high, just get in touch and we'll have a look and see if we can improve it. 

All items are sent as signature required, using NZ Post Couriers. Orders are packed and sent Monday-Friday.

Once your order has been fulfilled, we'll send through the tracking number. If you have not received your item within 5 days of dispatch, please contact us so we can contact NZ Post to resolve this.
