ACT532: Opal pendant

A soft oval of sterling silver, with slices of brightly flashing opal set within perfectly translucent resin. Made by Arrowtown jeweller, Anna Claire, using offcuts of opal from jeweller David McLeod. These opal slices are too small to make other jewellery with, but are perfect for Anna's resin set jewellery, and is a beautiful use for stone that would otherwise not be used.
