GSM30: Pi disc - yellow and deepest blue

Using some of his lifelong collection of unusually coloured glass rods, Greg Smith has created this striking disc pendant. Glass rods are used in glass blowing, and only in the last 20 years have they been machine made, before that they were laboriously made by hand by repeatedly "gathering" molten glass over cooled glass. This can also lead to unusual colour combinations like the electric yellow and blue-black seen here.
