NA99: Marsden jade and titanium pendant

Using his characteristic titanium setting which allows him to construct these almost architectural settings for stones, Neil Adcock showcases this Marsden jade pendant. Marsden jade is a particularly beautiful variety of pounamu, found only in the Marsden region of the West Coast. Also known as "flower jade", for the patterns of ochre coloured oxide through the green stone.
