Reticulation is the technique of using carefully controlled heat on specially prepared silver, to create rippled undulations across the surface of the metal. When done as skillfully as Nikkie has here, it creates these incredible textures, mimicking the desolate lunar moonscape. Finished with a luminous green chrysoprase set in 9ct yellow gold.
